Richard J. “Cash” Cascioli Age 90, of Magnolia, passed away Wed. May 23, 2018. He was born in Magnolia, a son of the late Nicolo and Carmella (Albanese) Cascioli and was a life resident.

Rich was a 1945 graduate of Magnolia High School and attended Kent State University one year. He retired in December of 1993 from Whitacre-Greer Fireproofing Co., after 42 years service, where he was Personnel Manager. Rich was a member of St. James Catholic Church and a former member of the Magnolia Lions Club and the Stark County Personnel Association.

He served in the U. S. Army during World War II. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers, Grace Paulette, Violet Solito, Lawrence and Dan Cascioli. Rich is survived by his wife, Florence R. (Moll) Cascioli, with whom he celebrated their 64th Wedding Anniversary on Sept.

26, 2017; two daughters and two sons, Connie (Tom) Masters, Julia (Donald) Hohman, Richard Cascioli, Jr., and Terry (Janet) Cascioli; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant.

Interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery with Military Honors. Friends may call Monday 6-8 p.m. at the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia. The family wishes to thank the staff of Hennis Care Centre in Bolivar for the love and care they gave to Rich for the past five years.
