Obituary for Richard H. Hartman Richard H. Hartman, age 66, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Rick grew-up in Schaumburg, Illinois. After high school Rick began his career with American Can Company, then later owned his own company specializing in iron, metal, sheet metal and steel fabrication, welding and metal working.

Rick was always learning new things and his hobbies included building, flying and competing with model airplanes, wood-working clocks and jewelry boxes, creating stained-glass and sharp-shooting. He enjoyed the outdoors and spent time snowmobiling and hunting. He will be remembered for his kindness and sense of humor.

Rick is preceded in death by his parents (father – Norvin, mother – June) and survived by his daughter Jessica of Overland Park, KS. A celebration of life event for Richard will be held Friday, June 1, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Hampton Inn, 2700 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI. Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd.
