Obituary for Rickert L. Dalson Rickert L. Dalson, age 71, passed away July 12, 2018 in Grand Rapids. He was born on February 22, 1947 to Kern and Mable (Leroux) Dalson in Twin Lake. Rickert served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War.

He worked for the last 15 years at Holland Motor Freight as a trucking dispatcher. Rickert enjoyed watching the Tigers, Lions, Red Wings and was a MSU Spartan fan. SURVIVORS include 2 sons, Matthew (Valarie) Dalson and Jason Dalson; grandchildren, Kade Dalson and Gabrielle Tyson; great grandson, Keith Hale; siblings, Marilynn Chester, Muriel (Robert) Dunbar, Juanita (James) Romanosky, Harold (Sara) Dalson, numerous nephews, nieces, and beloved friends and family.

Rickert was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Arthur Dalson and sisters, Gloria (Lincoln) Barnhard and Cheryl Dalson. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Monday, July 16, 2018 at Twin Lake United Methodist Church (5940 S. Main St., Twin Lake, MI) with Pastor John Morse officiating. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service at church.
