Ricky Ivan Griffin, age 52 of Spiceland, Indiana passed away Tuesday, September 25th, 2018 at home in Spiceland, Indiana. He was born March 28, 1966 in Rushville, Indiana a son of Rodney and Norma Griffin. He was a graduate of Tri Jr & Sr High School, class of 1984.

He was a veteran of the U.S Army, a former employee of Alleghany Steel in New Castle as an E.M.T and Security Guard. He had also worked with his father as a carpet installer. Left to cherish his memory include daughters Melissa Guffy-Griffin of San Diego, CA. , Emily Jackson of Lewisville, Indiana, and Ava Griffin of Spiceland, Indiana. Stepson Derick Guffy of Spiceland, Indiana step brother Troy Norris of New Castle, Indiana, step sister Megan Milan of Indianapolis, Indiana, his mother Norma Kay Griffin and step father Faron Norris of Spiceland, Indiana.

5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Friends may call from 5-8pm Friday, September 28th, 2018 at Macer-Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Service in New Castle, Indiana. Funeral will be held at 1pm Saturday, September 29th, 2018 at the funeral home with Rev.

Jerry Ingalls officiating. Burial will take place at a later date. Military Honors will be conducted by the American Legion and VFW of New Castle.
