Robert Edward “Bob” Marchant III, 35, died Thursday, September 13, 2018, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. A native of Davie County, he was born June 4, 1983, the son of Robert Edward Marchant, Jr. and the late Joyce Ann Hudson. He was employed with VF Jeans in Mocksville.

He loved music and kids and had a big heart. In addition to his father, he is survived by a daughter, Raven Elizabeth Marchant of Florida; two sisters, Melissa Marie McDaniel (Cory) of Catawba, SC, and Linda Louise Harrison (J.R.) of Mocksville; one brother, Donald James Hollingsworth (Gina) of Mocksville; plus three step-sisters, seven nieces and nephews and two great nieces. Services will be private.
