Obituary for Mr. Roberto Luciano Roberto Luciano, 69, of Neptune passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018. He was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and lived in Neptune, NJ for the last 32 years. Bobby served during the Vietnam War, in the US Army, as an M60 Machine Gunner.
Upon coming home, he earned his GED and got a job as a supply clerk with the US Army at Ft. Monmouth, NJ. He worked his way through the system and retired, as an IT specialist, when Ft Monmouth was closed on September 15, 2011, with 38 years of service.
He dabbled in oil painting and was a true crime enthusiast. He was predeceased by his parents and a brother. He is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca, and children, Robert, William, Jessica, Eric and Antonio, his 7 grandchildren, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
