Obituary for Romeo Alberto Martinez Sr Our loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, Romeo Alberto Martinez Sr. returned to his Heavenly Father, April 11, 2018. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Romeo was born September 11, 1957 in El Savador to Alberto Martinez and Maria Eva Monico. He married Francisca Ada Luz in Los Angeles, California. He earned his Associates Degree in Computer Technician, and was only one semester short of getting his Network Engineering certificate, and worked as a computer technician.

Romeo was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving many years on the High Council. He and Francisca also enjoyed their as temple workers in the Jordan River Temple. He is survived by his wife; children, Ada Ragsdale, Romeo Martinez Jr., Marvin Martinez; grandchildren, Colby Ragsdale, Dana Martinez, Alex Ragsdale, Camila Martinez, Jen Carlo Martinez, Jacqueline Martinez and Makayla Martinez.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 14th, 11:00 am at the Olympic Park 3rd Ward, 4575 W. 5415 So. Kearns, with a gathering prior to services from 10:00 – 11:00 am. Interment, Elysian Burial Gardens.
