Birkhimer, Ronald N., 80, of Moxham, passed away October 17, 2018 at Maple Winds Care Center. Born November 4, 1937 in Johnstown, son of the late Elmer and Mary (Andrews) Birkhimer. Preceded in death by sons Paul Birkhimer and Karl Birkhimer.

Survived by beloved wife, Mary Louise (Martin) Birkhimer, Johnstown; daughter, Karen married to John Slenska, Pittsburgh; daughter-in-law, Suzanne Birkhimer, West Lafayette, IN; grandchildren, Hannah Slenska, Tara Slenska, Nick Birkhimer, and Jack Birkhimer. Ron was a retired Inventory/Purchaser clerk with Thackray Supply Company. He was a member of SNPJ and Trinity Lutheran Church.

The family wants to thank Interim Hospice and Maple Winds Care Center for their loving care. Family will receive friends from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, October 19th, at MOSKAL & KENNEDY COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME, 219 Ohio St. Johnstown and from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral service to be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 20th, at the funeral home. Private burial at Grandview Cemetery.
