Charles W. Smouse, 67, Johnstown, died October 6, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Born November 16, 1950 in Johnstown, son of Harry I. and Kathryn (Lewis) Smouse. Preceded in death by parents; and brother Harry, Jr. Survived by children, Benjamin, Sandra, and Daniella; and siblings, Barbara Hollabaugh, Joe, Edward (Charlotte Naugle), and Grace Burkholder; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He attended Moxham Lutheran Church, and was a USMC Vietnam Era veteran. He also served in the US Army. By request there will be no public viewing.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
