Williams, Rev. Richard Stanley, 67, of Johnstown Pa went to be with the Lord November 26, 2018. Born February 18, 1951 Queen (Gregley) and Coleman R. Williams.

Preceded in death by parents, son Arontay and grandson Jayden Michael Williams. Survived by loving wife, Rev. Donna J (Harvey) Williams, daughters, Katrina Williams-Favor, Tionna Washington, Keisha Williams, Kristin Williams, Kendra Heningcamp (Aaron), Destiny Gibson, Shannon Bennett, Kassandra Smith, and Danika Moore.

Brothers, Ted, Clyde, Elmo and sisters Bette Miller and Sundra Williams, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Richard was a graduate of Greater Works School of Ministry and served as pastor of Heavenly Sent Ministries, he received his Bachelors from Pitt Main Campus in Psychology and a Master’s Degree from UPJ in Social Work. He was the owner of Advanced Exteriors Contracting, was an outstanding pitcher and batter for the Kernville Merchants and Kernville Vons where he earned the nickname “Over the Crick Rick”, he was also the lead singer of The Exciting Gospel Messengers who put out the album “Coming Home”.

He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and visiting and ministering to the sick and shut in. Family will receive friends Thursday, November 29th, from 5 to 8:00 p.m. at KENNEDY’S 219 Ohio Street Johnstown. Friends received at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Friday, November 30th, from 10:00 am until time of Homegoing service at 11:00 a.m. Rev.
