Obituary for Ronald William Workman Ronald William Workman, age 72, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 26th, at Good Shepherd Hospice House in Auberndale, FL from complications related to liver cancer. Following a graveside service for the family, a Celebration of Life service will be held at the Swiss Golf and Hidden Clubhouse on Thursday, May 31st at 12pm. Ronald was born on June 21st, 1945, in San Diego, California to Robert and Lois Workman.

He graduated from W. T. Woodson High School in Virginia. He co-founded A-Plus Air Conditioning and Heating Company in 1976. He was a true gentleman who never hesitated to be generous.

His favorite hobbies were golfing and bowling. After retiring in 2014 from his business, he realized his dream to be a Golf Ranger. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lois Workman.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Workman; his children: Jim and Christine Workman, Chris and Lise Dykes, Cheryl and Bill Simpson; his brother, Jim and Ann Workman; and his grandchildren: Brian and Sean Workman, Jonathan, Autumn, Hudson, and Emma Simpson, and Sean and Andrew Dykes. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Cancer Society and Good Shepherd Hospice. Ronald’s family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to The Lord’s Church, Good Shepherd Hospice, and the Swiss Golf and Tennis community for their help and support.
