BOX SPRINGS, GA — Mrs. Ronda Cecelia Pradon Whitley, 66, of Box Springs, GA, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018, at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA. Graveside Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, May 4, 2018, at Rose Lane Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, May 3, 2018, from 6:00 – 8:00PM.

Mrs. Whitley was born in Eugene, OR, on May 20, 1951, to Ronald and Mosciene Daython Pradon. She retired from Bellsouth where she was employed as an operator. Mrs. Whitley enjoyed trips to Florida and liked to fish.

She loved her dog, Sassy. Mrs. Whitley also enjoyed cooking. She is survived by her husband, Donald Whitley; by two sons, Donald Whitley, Jr. and Freddie Whitley both of Columbus, GA; a daughter, Angela Cagle of Preston, GA; a sister, Mickey Kennedy of Jacksonville, FL; and five grandchildren, Austin Cagle, Ashton Cagle, Aaron Cagle, Dakota Mills, and Brooke Mills.

Several nieces and nephews also survive. Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, GA, is in charge of the arrangements.
