Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Rosenberg. Rosa was born April 12, 1988 in Agua Blanca, Honduras and she passed away January 5, 2019 in Houston, Texas.

She is survived by her husband Miguel Garcia; her parents Victor Hernandez and Andrea Quiroz; her children Michael G., Andrea J. and Ashley D. Garcia; her brother and sister Victor Manuel Hernandez and Lilian Mavel Hernandez; as well as other loving family members and friends.
