Obituary for Rosie Lee Reese Rosie Lee (Orn) Reese passed away July 7, 2018, at the age of 75. Rosie is survived by her children, Sherrye, Carlene, Kenny and wife Rhonda, and Leslie and husband Jim; her siblings, Shirley and Bert Rivera, Curtis and Jo Ann Orn, Charlie and Donna Orn, John and Sandy Orn, Mary and Willie Mueller, Pauline Martin, Dan and Sheryl Orn all of Texas as well as Jimmie and Marie Reese of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Andrew, Ashley, Brent and Jason; Rosie also leaves to cherish her memory numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends that will all miss her dearly. Rosie was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Rosie (Bell) Orn, her husband, Robert Reese and her brothers Stanley and Norman Orn.

Rosie was born to Carl Elmer and Rosie Bell Orn on April 20, 1943 in Georgetown Texas. Being the fifth of ten children, her childhood was full of countless adventures with her brothers and sisters. After graduating from Galena Park High School, she worked in several jobs before choosing her most important job, being a stay at home Mom to raise her children.

Throughout her life, Rosie volunteered and would help others upon every opportunity. She was a PTA Mom, scout Mom and neighborhood Mom welcoming everyone into her home. She was a wonderful artist, serving in the Muskogee Art Guild for many years.

Her passions included gardening, playing bridge and Mahjong, to which her fellow players were truly family. Her funeral service will be 10:30am, Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral Home, 1830 N York Street, Muskogee, OK. Interment will follow at Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
