Obituary for Stephen F. Miles Stephen Foster Miles was born July 3rd, 1960 in Tahlequah Oklahoma to Fred and Hellen Miles. He was their first-born son and brought much joy to their family. Stephen attended high school at Wagoner and Hulbert playing drums in the band and football on the field.

After high school he followed in his dad‘s footsteps as an electrician. His career spanned 38 years, many states, and he was a proud member of the IBEW 1141 out of OKC. Stephen enjoyed cooking and grilling, fishing, hanging out with friends and family, riding motorcycles and wrenching on cars.

He loved his pets Peanut, Mink and Tiny. He recently rededicated his life to the Lord and was enjoying the time retirement had given him to spend with family. He is survived by his mother, Hellen Miles of Muskogee; his son, Shawn Miles of Wagner and his children Dylan, Logan, Kaidence, and Shawn Jr; his son, Josh Harvel and wife Whitney of Lafayette Louisiana and their twin daughters, Caroline and Charlotte; his brothers, Michael Miles of Muskogee and Darren Miles of Mannford; his aunt and uncle, Patsy and Larry Slape of Norwood, many nephews and nieces and cousins and a host of friends!

Stephen’s life will be celebrated at 1PM, Monday, July 9, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at IOOF Cemetery in Hulbert, Oklahoma. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Stephen F. Miles please visit our Sympathy Store.
