Ruby Neal Hartsell “Teen” Crisco, 84, of Oakboro, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Crisco was born July 16, 1934 to the late James Monroe and Corneila Smith Hartsell. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Otis Lee Crisco.

Teen was an avid gardener and renowned for her chicken and dumplings. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 2:45 pm, Monday, October 29, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home Albemarle. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home’s Lefler Memorial Chapel, officiated by Rev.

Dr. Terrell Watts. Burial will conclude at the Smith’s Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Highway 138, Oakboro. Survivors include: son, Mark Crisco; daughter, Rita Crisco; granddaughter, Caitlin Webb Memorials may be made to Hospice of Stanly or The Uwharrie, 960 N 1st.
