Russell Barlow Petty, age 68 of Lewisburg, died Thursday, May 3, 2018 in Maury Regional Medical Center. Russell was a native of Marshall County, Tennessee born October 10, 1949 son of J.C. and Edith Barlow Petty. He was a member of the graduating class of 1967 at Marshall County High School and attended Middle Tennessee State University.

He retired from maintenance at Ellington House Apartments and, also, as a real estate agent with Century 21. He was a member of Lewisburg First Presbyterian Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ken Petty.

He is survived by his wife, Ann Bradford Petty of Lewisburg, daughter, Molly Anderson of Columbia, brother, Phil Petty of Nashville, three grandchildren, Abby, Jack, and Cole, several nieces and nephews, several brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will be at London Funeral Home Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour for visitation.
