Mrs. Caldwell was born on November 9, 1949 in Louisiana and was employed as a waitress until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mathew Levy Ballard and Bett Mae LeBlanc Ballard; two brothers, Mathew and Levi Ballard; and one sister, Vickie McKinney.
