Obituary for Mr. Albert Curtis Wedgeworth Albert Curtis Wedgeworth, 85, of Soso, passed away on April 10, 2018, at his residence. Mr. Wedgeworth was a self-employed plumber and a veteran of the U. S. Army serving during the Korean War. He was a member of Gitano United Methodist Church and enjoyed fishing and baseball.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Delphia A. Nash Wedgeworth; brother, James Wedgeworth; and parents, Albert Cleveland Wedgeworth and Mary “Thelma” Pilgrim Wedgeworth. Survivors include his son, Arnold Curtis Wedgeworth (Robin) of LaGrange, Texas; daughter, Wanda Gaddis (Scott) of Wharton, Texas; two sisters, Velma Reid and Gennia Hilbun (Pigeon) all of Soso; four grandchildren, Eddie Caballero (Jessica), Travis Gaddis (Lisa), Leslie Soto, and Miranda Blackmon; eight great grandchildren; and a special friend, June Holifield. Prayer service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at Memory Chapel with visitation beginning at 9:00 am.

Burial will be in Houston TX. at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.
