Obituary for Juan Reyes Moncivais Juan Reyes Moncivais, loving husband and father, age 63, born Dec. 2, 1954 and passed away May 20, 2018. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2018.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 25, 2018. Services will be at Memory Chapel and officiated by Bro. Robby Johnson.

Juan, also known as “Pop”, was loved by many. He worked hard not only for himself, but also for others. He was a Good Samaritan and devoted friend.

He was the patriarch of the family, a bridge that closed the gap between family here and in Mexico. He was an open door that allowed anyone and everyone a place at his table. He was preceded in death by his father, Isabel Moncivais and brothers, Oscare, Beto, Chewy, and Ruben.

Survivors include his mother, Mercedes Reyes; wife, Kathryne (Cookie) Moncivais; daughters, Daisy Moncivais and Angie Champaign; sons, Vicente, Juan, Jake (Mundi), Morgan, Eduardo, and Beto; sisters, Maria and Margarita; brothers, Chabelo Armando, Payo, and Hector; grandchildren, Taylor, Lawson, Gaby, DJ, Isaac, Grayson, Sofia, JJ, Eli, Penny, Sky, Noah, Marco, Stella, Ester, and Charlotte; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
