Obituary for Hubert Holifield Hubert Holifield, 84, of Sandersville, passed away on May 1, 2018 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 3rd at Memory Chapel, with interment to follow at Sandersville Cemetery. Visitation will be at Memory Chapel from 5 until 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Rev. Jamie Aultman will officiate. Mr. Holifield was employed with Masonite Corporation for thirty plus years as a supervisor.

He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. Preceding him in death were his parents, Floyd Holifield and Lucy Henry Holifield; two brothers, Cecil Holifield and Mark Holifield; and one sister, Lottie Thomas. He is survived by one sister, Nollivan Herrington of Sandersville; and a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
