Obituary for Timothy Carl Flynt Timothy Carl Flynt, age 52, born April 2, 1966, passed away on May 8, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Flynt was retired from MDOT where he was employed as an engineer tech. He was one of the founding members of the Powers Volunteer Fire Department.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Carl Flynt and Charlotte Covington Flynt; and one brother, Stephen Keith Flynt. Survivors include his daughter, Tianna Mills (Taylor) of Tennessee; one sister, Ilene Roney of Laurel; and granddaughter, Scarlett Mills. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
