Sandra Fraser, 65, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick, New Jersey. She was born Sandra Uriarte on January 8, 1953 in Manhattan, New York and grew up in the Bronx. In 1968 as a teenager, she moved to Middletown, New Jersey with her family and was a graduate of Middletown High School.

Sandra raised her family in the Bayshore area and was currently settled in Hazlet, New Jersey. While living in the Bayshore area, Sandra worked for Arnold Walter Nursing Home as a Dietary Aid and retired after 40 years of faithful service. She was predeceased by her father, Frank Uriarte Sr., her beloved husband, William Fraser, and her dear siblings, Frank Uriarte Jr., Stephen Uriarte, Barbara Uriarte, Theresa Donaghy, and Raymond Uriarte.

Sandra is survived by her adoring mother, Amelia (DeMaiori) Reed, her loving children, Deborah Mendez and her husband, Frank, of Jackson, New Jersey, Tina Kozemchak and her husband, Matthew, of Brick, New Jersey, and Bill Fraser and his wife, Melanie, of Brick, New Jersey, her cherished siblings, Robert Uriarte, Thomas Allen, Charles Uriarte, and David Uriarte, and her treasured grandchildren, Selena Mendez, Emily Kozemchak, Ethan Kozemchak, Natalie Fraser, and Carly Fraser. Sandra will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.
