Sara Ann Lyle Rainey, age 87, passed away Friday, March 1, 2019 at her nieces home in Newnan, GA. She was born on November 10, 1931 in Coweta County to the late William Albert Lyle and Ida Lou Stephens Lyle. Along with her parents Sara Ann is preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Rainey.

She is survived by a long list of loving nieces and nephews. The funeral service celebrating Sara Ann’s life is Monday, March 4, 2019 at 11 AM in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson Street, in Newnan with Pastor Greg Morris officiating. Sara Ann will be laid to rest at Historic Oak Hill Cemetery immediately following the service.
