Obituary for Scott Allan Lowers Scott Allan Lowers October 04, 1951 – December 16, 2018 Scott Allan Lowers, 67, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on Sunday, December 16, 2018. Scott was born October 04, 1951 in Wenatchee, WA, to Herbert and Roberta Lowers. He grew up in Cashmere, WA, and graduated Cashmere High School in 1969.

He then attended Washington State University, graduating in 1973. Scott was on the Mission Ridge Ski Patrol for several seasons, starting when he was in high school. He was active in Boy Scouts and attained rank of Eagle Scout, as did his father and brother.

Scott was the Director of Emergency Management in Chelan County for over 20 years. He also worked many years in the construction and fruit industries. He enjoyed trap shooting in the Monitor Gun Club, fishing, and hunting.

Attending Elk Camp was the highlight of his year for over 50 years. Scott was a loving father, brother, grandfather and friend to many. He is survived by his two children: Patrick (Jana) Lowers and Ashley Lowers; his brother Mike (Shelley) Lowers; two sisters: Susie (John) Becker and Janet (Tim) Smith; and seven grandchildren: Emmaleigh (Austen), Haleigh, Addileigh, Brady, Molleigh, Keeleigh, and Kolby.

He was proceeded in death by his father and mother. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mission Creek Community Club, 4724 Mission Creek Road, in Cashmere, WA, on Saturday, December 22, 2018, from 12:00-3:00 p.m. Family and Friends are invited to stop by to share stories and remember such a special man.
