Sebastian’s Obituary Sebastian “Bob” R. LaRocca, age 77, of Harbeson, DE formerly of Hazlet and Spotswood, NJ passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, DE. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on January 24 1942, son of the late James and Lillian (Donisi) LaRocca. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.

After his discharge, Bob attended and graduated from Teterboro School of Aeronautics. Bob worked as a jet engine mechanic for Eastern and United Airlines before his retirement. He enjoyed building and flying RC airplanes, fishing and boating.

Bob also enjoyed watching Clint Eastwood movies and dancing with his loving companion of 10 years, Marilyn Kowalsky. In addition to his companion, Marilyn Kowalsky, he is survived by three children, James LaRocca of Yuma, AZ, Robert LaRocca and his wife, Jennifer of Monroe Township, NJ and Christine Cinquergrana and her husband, Jason of Hazlet, NJ; three grandchildren, Brianne LaRocca, Gabriella LaRocca and Mia Rose Cinquergrana and two sisters, Marie Bogart and her husband, Frank of Holmdel, NJ and Louise Meredith and her husband, Russel of Lewes, DE. A prayer service will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd.

, Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends and family may call after 11 AM. Interment with military honors will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, DE.
