Obituary for Sheila Kay Honeycutt Sheila Kay Dixon Honeycutt, 54, of rural Rochester, Indiana passed unexpectedly at 10:02 pm, Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018 at her residence. She was born on Oct.

12, 1963 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Russell and Ellen Arlene (Murray) Dixon. She married on Feb. 7, 1981 in Wabash, Ind.

to Darrell Honeycutt, he survives. She had worked for Rochester Metal, Dalton Foundry of Warsaw, and Gen Corp. of Wabash.

She attended the House of Prayer of Akron. She adored spending time with her family especially her kids and grandkids. She enjoyed singing and listening to bluegrass music.

She relished the summer and was fond of picture taking. She loved to spend time with her husband in the morning hours listening to the Trading Post on the radio. Survivors and place of residence: Husband – Darrell Honeycutt – Rochester, Ind.

Daughters – Jessica and husband Mark France – Akron, Ind. Erin Honeycutt – Rochester, Ind. Sons – Darrell Eugene and wife Brooke Honeycutt – Akron, Ind.

Lane Honeycutt – Rochester, Ind. Grandchildren – Dawson, Logan, Aydin, Jaylynn, Carter, and Jayden Great Grandchild – Dean Sister – Paula Brothers – Phillip and Mike Preceded in Death By: Parents Sisters – Francis, Mag, Brenda, and Teresa Brother – Victor and Lee The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018 at the Hartzler Funeral Home 305 West Rochester Street Akron, Indiana with Pastor Danny Honeycutt officiating.

Burial will follow in the Akron Cemetery, Akron, Indiana. Visitation hours will be from 12 pm to 2 pm, Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018 at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron, Indiana.
