Carmel of Chataignier at 10:00 a.m. for Sheryl Ann Smith Rozas, age 64, who passed away March 5, 2019 at University Hospital and Clinics in Lafayette. Sheryl was born June 27, 1954 in Ville Platte and was later a resident of Lanse Aux Pailles and Chataignier for over twenty five years.

Sheryl took pride in everything she did. Her family was her number one priority. She always had a home cooked meal and freshly baked goods ready for them.

She will be missed by her husband, Richard J. Rozas of Chataignier; one son, Christopher Sanchez; two daughters, Sarah Marks and Shelly Marks; her grandchildren, Kaylynn Sanchez, Kaymani Sanchez, Bella Sanchez, Alice Belleau and Levi Savoie; and her siblings, Emma Manuel and her husband, Davis, and Frederick Smith, both of Lanse Aux Pailles. She was preceded in death by her parents, Levi Smith and Maudry Briley Smith. SERVICES Memorial Service Saturday, March 16, 2019 10:00 AM Mt.
