Obituary for Mrs. Shirley Ann Pitre Mrs. Shirley Ann Pitre Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Opelousas, LA, for Mrs. Shirley Ann Pitre, 80, who entered eternal rest, Friday, April 6, 2018 at her residence in Opelousas, LA. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Washington, LA. Mrs. Pitre is survived by two sons, Gregory Paul Pitre and August Pitre, Jr. both of Opelousas, LA; three daughters, Cynthia Marie Williams Small, Corine Williams Murphy both of Opelousas, LA and Timeca Antoinette Pitre Owens of Houston, TX; a sister, Rosalee Greene of Baton Rouge, LA; 22 grandchildren, 32, great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Pitre was preceded in death by her husband, August Pitre, Sr.; parents, Freddie & Corine Green Thomas, Sr.; a son, Johnny Williams, Jr.; four brothers, L F Thomas, Lionel Thomas, Sr., Vernel Thomas and Freddie Thomas; three sisters, Christ Ann Thomas, Anna Mae Thomas and Brenda Joyce Thomas and a grandson, Chad Elliot Small. Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 AM to 12:45 PM Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Williams Funeral Home. Share words of comfort with the Pitre family at www.
