Stephen R. Adams Jr. of Hubbard, formerly of Conneaut passed away on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 10:18 p.m. in his residence. He was 46. Stephen was born on December 6, 1972 in Conneaut, the son of Stephen R. Sr. and Jane Cornuet Adams.

He was a graduate of Conneaut High School where he was a football player. Following high school, Stephen pursued his passion by enrolling in Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts where he graduated with his associate degree in culinary arts technology. Mr. Adams was employed for many years as a chef at Rachel’s Restaurant and Catering in Youngstown and more recently at the Globe Restaurant in Hubbard.

Stephen was of Lutheran faith. He enjoyed cooking, outdoors next to his favorite fishing hole, and was an avid Cleveland Browns and Indians fan. He is survived by his father, Stephen (Alonna) Adams Sr. of Ashland, OH; his mother, Jane (Gary) King of Conneaut, OH; 2 sisters, Tracy and Audree.
