Stephen M. Vernon, 40, of Anderson, passed away on January 19, 2019 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born on August 24, 1978 in Anderson, where he resided most of his life. Stephen graduated from Frankton High School in 1996.

He enjoyed golfing, his dog Shep, and spending time with his family. Stephen is survived by his loving parents, David and Anna Vernon; brother, Randy (Jennifer) Vernon and Abby; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces,and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, January 25, 2019, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street Anderson.

Services will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, January 25, 2019, at the funeral home, with Pastor Johnny Cawthon officiating. Private family burial will take place in Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville. Memorial contributions may be made to The Christian Center or Man 4 Man Ministries.
