Obituary for Stephen Jordan BANGOR – Stephen C. Jordan, 70, died October 5, 2018, at a Bangor Hospital. He was born August 7, 1948 in Portland, to Robert and Hilda (Johnson) Jordan. Steve graduated from South Portland High School in 1967.

He moved to Bangor in the late 1970’s and worked for New Franklin Laundry and Unifirst Corporation for many years. He appreciated music, sang barbershop and in church choirs. Watching sports was his passion; particularly golf, and listening to sports radio and “Downtown” with RIch Kimball.

Steve was predeceased by his parents, and brother, Jay. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Marcia; son, Gregory, both of Bangor; sister, Jane Bull; niece, Whitney Chromie; and family, all of Pittsburgh, PA. A memorial service and reception is planned for Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 120 Park Street, Bangor, ME.
