He has one daughter Ashley Phelps of Porterville. His dad Kenneth Phelps, his sister Susan and Rick Thompson of Porterville, his sister Linda Rafanan and his brother Kenny and Kellie Phelps of Porterville. Several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mom Sandra Phelps and a brother Ronnie Phelps and a brother in law James Rafanan. We will be having a gathering for family and friends at the Elk Lodge 386 N. Main St., Porterville on Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm .
