Steve Wiggins, age 67, of Jacksonville, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018 in Tyler, TX. He was born January 13, 1951 in Texas City to William Rex and Billie Jo (Sherman) Wiggins. Steve was a member of First Christian Church in Jacksonville.

A Graduate of Lon Morris College and the University of Texas in Arlington, Class of 1976. Steve spent his working career as an engineer traveling the world with pipeline and telecommunication towers construction. He spent many years involved… Read More » with the local soccer association.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Susan Wiggins. Left to cherish his life is his son, Tony Wiggins and wife Heather of Como; daughter, Brazos Wiggins and husband Jason Smith of MO; stepsons, Mike Webb of NV; brother, William Wiggins and wife Carol of Jacksonville; 5 grandchildren, Dylan and Danica Wiggins, Maddison Wiggins, Jakeb and Breyonna Smith and a niece. Services for Mr. Wiggins will be held at a later date.
