Susan’s Obituary Susan Barnes, age 65, of Texarkana, AR, died Friday March 1, 2019 at her residence. She was born on June 27, 1953 in Monongahela, PA to Jimmy and Ellen Coulter. She was a medical transcriptionist and a faithful wife.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Paul Barnes; two brothers and three sisters, Michael Coulter of Ormand Beach, FL, Michele Hesse of Patterson, CA, Jimmie Coulter of Donora, PA, Sally Woods of Monongahela, PA and Laurie Scanlon of Monongahela, PA in addition to numerous other family. A memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.
