Obituary of Susan Kay Snyder Susan Kay Snyder, 74, of Bay City, our kind, caring, giving, and fun-loving mother, grandma, aunt, and friend was born into eternal life on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at McLaren Bay Region. Sue was born in Bay City on June 23, 1944, the daughter of the late Robert and Margaret (Coppler) Moran. Sue graduated from Oscoda High School and was the Prom Queen of her graduating class.

She was the most wonderful and loving mother and grandmother; always devoted to her family. Those who knew Sue, know of her love of camping with her friends all summer and playing shuffleboard. “Shuffleboard Sue” as she was affectionately known, would never miss a chance to play.

Sue belonged to the Moose Club, the Eagles, and the Rod & Gun Club. She will be missed dearly, but lovingly remembered for generations to come. Sue leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Lisa Hand and Tracy Ashton; grandchildren, Jordan and Aaliyah; great-granddaughters, Anivia, JemmaReign, and Juelz; nieces, Jodi (Rodney) Carter and Lori (Jeff) Ortlieb; her special, loving granddog Laci, along with many, loving great-nieces and great nephews, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Sue was welcomed home to heaven by her sister Jo Anne Bryant. Sue’s family will be having a Celebration of Life to honor Sue from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Sue’s favorite Shuffleboard spot, the Whyte Goose Inn, 108 S. State St., Bay City. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 955 N. Pine Rd.
