Fleming, 48, of Silver Lake, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at her residence. She was born on July 30, 1970 to the late Doreen Heinz in Kenosha. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Ruether High School.

Tammy was a US Postal Carrier for Kenosha County for many years. Tammy enjoyed nature, taking walks by the lake, camping, volunteering and church groups. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

Tammy is survived by her children Michael (Leslie Dalton) Fleming of Kenosha, Dustin (Michelle Okeniewski) Fleming of Salem, Adam (Tara) Fleming of MS, Dillon Fleming of Twin Lakes and Autumn Frazee-Fleming of Twin Lakes and her four grandchildren Kasey, Kamren, Naomi and Ivy. She is preceded in death by her brother Jeffrey Jurgens. A Celebration of Life for Tammy will be held on Tuesday, September 25th at 5:00 p.m. at the Hansen-Lendman Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service.
