Ted Alan Geyer was born February 20, 1961 in Norman, OK, the 2nd of 4 children born to Ted C. Geyer and Carolyn June (Sullivan) Geyer. Ted was raised in Wanette and attended Wanette Schools.

On a blind date, he met a young lady from Wynnewood named Jennifer Taylor. They fell in love and were married on March 18, 1992 in Texarkana. They made their home in Lexington where together they raised 4 children; son, Austin and daughters, Amber, Lindsey and Hayleigh.

Ted worked alongside his dad for several years, remodeling and general construction projects. He later secured his journeyman license and worked in heating and air conditioning for a few years. When not working, Ted enjoyed his woodworking and enjoyed being outdoors.

He was an avid hunter and never missed an opportunity to go fishing. Ted was a family man and especially cherished spending time with his grandchildren. He was a man of great faith and a member of the First Baptist Church in Lexington.

He will be dearly missed! He was preceded in death by: His mother, Carolyn Lee; His father, Ted C. Geyer and Two sisters, Debbie Gregg and Kathy Turnpaugh. Ted is survived by: His wife, Jennifer Geyer of the home; Mother, Donna McGregor and husband James of Lexington; Son, Austin Geyer and wife Denny of Norman; 3 daughters, Amber Ruiz and Tony Nickel of Moore, Lindsey Wise and husband Kasey of OKC and Hayleigh Fowler and husband Sean of Lexington; Sister, Donna Akerman and husband Mickey of Konowa; 5 grandchildren, Lince, Luna, McKinley, Anthony and Hannah and A host of other family and friends.
