Terrence Tyrone Shorts Sr., 68, Lorain, entered into rest August 29th, 2018. He was born August 26, 1950 in Lorain, Ohio. He retired from the United States Postal Service.

He was a lover of movies, music, classic cars, and motorcycles. However, Terry loved spending time with his children and grandchildren most of all. Leaving to cherish his memory; his son, Terrence Shorts Jr. (Diamond), daughter, Toi Shorts of Lorain; Uncle, Richard Jennings of Florida; Brothers, James Shorts of Lorain, Todd Shorts of Colorado, Scott Shorts of Oberlin; Sisters, Deborah Shorts, Cheryl Jenkins, and Gwen Shorts of Lorain; Grandchildren, Devon’Dre Madison, Jayla King & Jeremiah King of Lorain.

Also, a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Angeline Shorts. Memorial services will be held at noon on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Carter Funeral Home, 3001 Elyria Ave.

, Lorain, OH 44055. We will celebrate the life of Terry at Knights of St. John, 1620 Kansas Ave. , Lorain, OH 44052 from 3-8 PM.
