Obituary for Mrs. Terry Faye Lewis Gauthier Mrs. Terry Faye Lewis Gauthier Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Opelousas, LA, for Mrs. Terry Faye Lewis Gauthier, 61, who entered eternal rest, Thursday, October 18, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. Interment will be in Bellevue Memorial Park. Father Willery Jude Thierry will officiate the Mass of Christian burial.

Mourning her departure, yet cherishing her memories, her spouse, Robert Gauthier of Opelousas, LA; two daughters, Thileasea Gauthier of Port Allen, LA and Delisa Sam (Shannon) of Carencro, LA; a son, Kurt Lewis of Opelousas, LA; three grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, Aubree Sam, Austin Sam, and Caleb Green; a brother, Paul Lewis, Jr. (Mary) of Opelousas, LA; five sisters, Janice Smith (Steve) of Opelousas, LA, Carla Jackson (Rodney) of Grambling, LA, Ophelia Johnson (James) of Ladson, SC, Katherine Albert (James) of Opelousas, LA and Jacqueline Frenzley of Fredericksburg, VA; a Goddaughter, Dr. Kimberly Bibbins of Youngsville, LA and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to Nolan & Dola Sam of Lawtell, LA. Mrs. Gauthier was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Paul & Willie Vie Chevis Lewis; three brothers, James Ricky Lewis, Michael Wayne Lewis and Patrick Jules Lewis and her Godfather, Joseph John Lewis, III.
