All friends and family members are invited to join his family in remembering all of the good times, drinking some beer, and laughing. As Terry insisted, cremation was chosen with Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown handling the arrangements. The family would like to thank all the emergency medical personnel and the neighbors in Bethlehem who attended to Terry at the accident scene.

A very personal thanks goes to Emilee Holloway who first came upon the accident and performed CPR on Terry until medical personnel arrived. Terry loved children and animals. In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for donations to be sent to the son of a dear friend.

Colby Russ was born with SMA, a debilitating neurological disorder. Contributions can be mailed to: Colby Russ in C/O Amy Russ, 1506 Belmar Drive, Louisville, KY 40213, or donations can be made to the contributor’s favorite animal charity.
