Obituary for Thelma Elizabeth Reimer Thelma Elizabeth Reimer of Winter Haven, FL, passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018. She was 83. A native of West Milford, NJ, born August 13, 1935 to Walter and Rebecca Cahill, Thelma moved here in 1974 from West Milford.

She retired as a receptionist, starting with State Farm, then Poe & Associates, and American General Life & Accident until retirement. Thelma was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake Alfred, and the US Navy Sea Cadets. Thelma was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Donald Reimer, and her siblings.

She is survived by her sons: Walter Reimer of Winter Haven, and Jeffrey Reimer (Marietta Jo) of Nashville, TN. She also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Friday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.
