Theodore Allen Wright, age 66, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at his home in Upper Sandusky. Theodore was born on October 24, 1951 in Kenton, Ohio to Harold “Skinny” Wright and Kathryn “Kate” (Curtin) Snider. His mother survives in Forest, Ohio.

His father and step-father Burton Snider, preceded him in death. He is also survived by his sons Todd (Stacy Salyer) Wright of Upper Sandusky, Ohio an Brad (Mary Kay) Wight of Nevada, Ohio, a sister Sandra K. (Leon) Thacker of Palmetto, Florida, a half-brother Mike (Vicki) Snider of Mt. Blanchard, Ohio and six grandchildren: Danielle (Zach) Stansbery, Lainie Wright, Madison (Brock) Coomer, Elias, Evan and Logan Wright and one great-grandson, Bohannan Coomer.

Theodore owned Forest Lumber Co. for 8 years and had also worked at U-Brand in Upper Sandusky and ACF in Lima. For hobbies he loved dirt track racing with his sons, working with his hands, and building things. He was an avid fan of NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt, Sr., and the Pittsburg Steelers.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. pm Friday, September 28, 2018 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. A private graveside service will be held at Heuston Cemetery, Forest, with Pastor Dennis Livingston officiating. Memorials may be made to the Bridge Home & Hospice and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave.
