OBITUARY Theresa Lee Whitworth July 13, 1948 – January 25, 2019 Theresa Lee (Lucas) Whitworth, passed away peacefully at home Jan. 25, 2019. She was born to the late Leonard Jr. and Lillie Mae (Arney) Lucas on July 13, 1948.

Theresa was a caregiver who loved her family deeply. She was an amazing cook who won the blue ribbon at the Kentucky State Fair for her peanut butter fudge and won many other ribbons as well. She retired from GE after many years.

She was married to David for 52 amazing years and had three children, Lisa Price (Johnny), Tina Mills (Robert). and David Whitworth Jr. (Arden); 8 grand children; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers and 4 sisters. All services will be held under the direction of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Rd.

Louisville, KY 40218. A visitation will be held on Tues. Jan 29th from 2-8pm and Wed.

Jan 30 from 9-10. Funeral service will be conducted at St. Bartholomew Church Wed. Jan.
