Obituary for Theresa Katzara Theresa Katzara, 71, died Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at her home in Piscataway, New Jersey. Mrs. Katzara was born February 11, 1947 in New Brunswick, New Jersey to the late Victor and Ann Ploch. She lived in Piscataway, NJ and was previously from Somerset, NJ.

Theresa attended Keen College. She was a claims handler for State Farm, where she worked for many years. Theresa was a member of the Rosary Society and parishioner at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church in Middle.

She was an avid doll collector and loved flowers, especially day lilies. Mrs. Katzara was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Ploch. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Dennis Katzara of Piscataway; her brother, Ronald and his wife Debbie Ploch or North Carolina and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Gleason Funeral Home 1360 Hamilton Street, Somerset, NJ 08873 on Friday, November 2nd from 3-6 P.M. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Gleason Funeral Home. Burial will follow at St. Peter Cemetery in New Brunswick.
