Obituary for Tommie V. Beckham GREENFIELD – Tommie V. Beckham, age 71, of Greenfield, passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born in Carthage, Mississippi on October 14, 1947 to Wayne V. and Rachel Earsel (Fedrick) Beckham. Tommie married Kathy J. (Lefter) on June 4, 1979 in Greenfield.

He worked at Roll Coater and Klosterman Bakery for many years before retirement. Tommie enjoyed traveling, going to the beach and would always find a place to eat his favorite meal, crab legs. His passions include fishing, working on cars and listening to classic rock music.

Tommie is survived by his wife, Kathy Beckham; children, Tommy, Greg (Michelle), Julie, Ron (Shellie), Shelli (Michael), and Kimberly (Bobby); close friend, John Dudley; nine grandchildren, Elizabeth, Taryn, Alesia, Samantha, Kyle, Emma, Brielle, Klayton, and Brooke; brothers, Wayne Beckham, Paul (Carol) Beckham, Jimmie Beckham, and Charlie (Sharon) Beckham; sister, Rachel Malone; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140.

A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 1:00 p.m. with his cousin Pastor Claude Creel officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. Friends may share a memory or a condolence at www.
