Life Story for Tyler Jacob Boren-Farnsworth Tyler Jacob Boren-Farnsworth soared from this life on October 31, 2018. He was born on July 1, 2004 to Crystal and Larry Farnsworth. Tyler grew up in Moore, OK where he attended Moore Public Schools.

He had a strong passion for sports and played on the Moore football team, “The Rams”. He enjoyed life and music. Tyler’s love for music encouraged him to sing in the Moore school choir.

He liked the color hot pink and was not afraid to sport it. Tyler will be deeply missed by his parents Crystal and Larry Farnsworth, twin sister Lexi, brother Bradley, and grandparents Brenda & Danny West, Vicki & Larry Farnsworth and Darla & Ray Boren, all who will be waiting to see him again. Visitation will be Sunday from 1-5pm at Smith & Turner Mortuary in Yukon.
