VALARCIA BLAIR YOUNGSTOWN – Services will be held 10:00am November 17, 2018 at Martin Luther Lutheran Church, Youngstown for Valarcia Blair, 19, who departed this life November 7, 2018. Valarcia was born April 25, 1999 in Youngstown, Ohio to Valar Blair and Elizabeth Green. She leaves to cherish her memory her, son, Marquell Morris, daughter, Iyonna Morris; her sisters, Sharonda Miller, Marquaysha Driver, Valaysia Blair, Elizabeth M. Green III, Jamica Floyd, Draylynn Perry; brothers, Jesse Driver, Valar Blair Jr. , Valar Moreland, Allen Torres, Marquis Torres and Ty’On Blair; aunt and God parent Lula M Scott; God Parents, Samuel Gordon, Sharon McMeans-Black and Jeff Black; grandparents, Lula Green and Richard Green, Denise M and Clarence Howell; special friend J’nyiel Lenix.

Valarcia is preceded in death her son Tariq Morris; brother, Ty’Ree Blair; uncle, Richard Green Jr.; great grandmother, Elizabeth Gowdy and great grandfather Archie Blair. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to service at the Martin Luther Lutheran Church 420 Clearmount Dr. Youngstown, Ohio. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Director’s at Conley & VandenBerg Funeral Home.
