He was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II. He worked at TWA for 31 years before retiring. He was preceded in death by wife, Marie and daughter, Victoria.

He is survived by son, James Husbenet and daughter-in-law Caren McGinness; daughter Bonnie O’Hara and son-in-law Doug O’Hara; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
