Virginia W. Crump, 72, of Bowling Green entered into rest Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky. She was born in Bowling Green on October 26, 1946. She was preceded in death by her husband Malcolm Crump and her parents Hubert and Ruby Wilson.

Virginia was employed at the National Corvette Museum after retiring from Trans Financial Bank. She was an active member of Greenwood Park Church of Christ and a lover of Jesus. “Gran Jen” shared her heart, home, gardens, lovely meals, travels and zest for living with everyone she met.

She loved and enjoyed her family and friends. Survivors include her daughter Julie Crump Cox (Travis) of Danville, KY and son Keith Crump (Dee Anna) of Smiths Grove, KY. A sister Shirley Raymer of Bowling Green, two brothers Ronnie Wilson (Deborah) of Smiths Grove and Jerry Wilson (Pam) of Bowling Green.

Five wonderful grandchildren Kolton Crump, Malcolm Cox, Jenny Beth Cox, Dawson Crump and Jackson Cox. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Please join us in celebrating Virginia’s life on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 11:00 am at J. C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel.

Visitation will be Monday 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Tuesday 9:00 am until time of services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Penns Chapel Church of Christ Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Foundation Christian Academy, National Corvette Museum or Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
